Preamble
Considering the need to preserve peace and promote the well-being of the citizens of our countries, Ukraine and Romania, represented by the above-mentioned authorized persons, have reached an agreement on a ceasefire. This decision is an expression of the mutual desire to ensure lasting peace and stability in the region.
1. Termination of Hostilities
Both parties declare their voluntary consent to suspend all military actions and transition to a state of peaceful coexistence. The cessation of hostilities aims to prevent further casualties among civilians and military personnel.
2. Obligations of the Parties
The parties commit not to initiate military actions, both actively and passively, for a period of 30 days.
They express a joint desire for the development of long-term peaceful relations after the aforementioned 30-day period.
No actions will be taken to enforce or punish members who express disobedience or disagreement with the terms of this agreement.
3. Neutral Attitudes
The parties announce their decision to adopt a neutral attitude towards each other, rejecting any forms of hostility at the level of state and interpersonal relations.
In light of the events taking place in the world, especially the unjustified aggression of Ru3/3ia against Ukraine on February 24, 2022, we appeal to the international community not to forget the needs of those who suffered from this tragedy. Преамбула
З урахуванням потреби збереження миру та сприяння благополуччю громадян наших країн, Україна та Румунія, представлені вищевказаними уповноваженими особами, досягли домовленості про призупинення вогню. Це рішення є виразом взаємного бажання забезпечити тривалий мир та стабільність в регіоні.
1. Завершення військових дій
Обидві сторони заявляють про свою добровільну згоду призупинити будь-які військові дії та перейти до стану мирного співіснування. Завершення військових дій має на меті недопущення подальших жертв серед цивільного населення та військових.
2. Зобов'язання сторін
Сторони зобов'язуються не ініціювати військові дії, як активно, так і пасивно, протягом 30 днів.
Виражається спільне прагнення до розвитку довгострокових мирних відносин після зазначеного періоду.
Не будуть вживатися заходи щодо примусу або покарання осіб, що виражають непокору або незгоду з умовами цієї угоди.
3. Нейтральне ставлення
Строни оголошують про своє рішення прийняти нейтральне ставлення одна до одної, відкидаючи будь-які форми ворожості на рівні державних та міжособистісних відносин.

У світлі подій, що відбуваються у світі, зокрема, безпідставної агресії Росії проти України 24 лютого 2022 року, ми закликаємо міжнародну спільноту не забувати про потреби тих, хто постраждав від цієї трагедії. Кожен з нас може зробити свій внесок у допомогу тим, хто її потребує. - Joe

Preambul
Având în vedere necesitatea de a păstra pacea și de a promova bunăstarea cetățenilor țărilor noastre, Ucraina și România, reprezentate de persoanele autorizate menționate mai sus, au ajuns la un acord privind încetarea focului. Această decizie este o expresie a dorinței reciproce de a asigura o pace durabilă și stabilitate în regiune.
1. Încetarea ostilităților
Ambele părți declară consimțământul lor voluntar de a suspenda toate acțiunile militare și de a trece la o stare de coexistență pașnică. Încetarea ostilităților are ca scop prevenirea victimelor suplimentare în rândul civililor și personalului militar.
2. Obligațiile părților
Părțile se angajează să nu inițieze acțiuni militare, atât activ, cât și pasiv, pentru o perioadă de 30 de zile.
Acestea exprimă dorința comună pentru dezvoltarea relațiilor pașnice pe termen lung după perioada menționată de 30 de zile.
Nu se vor lua măsuri pentru a impune sau a pedepsi membrii care exprimă neascultare sau dezacord cu termenii acestui acord.
3. Atitudini neutre
Părțile anunță decizia lor de a adopta o atitudine neutră una față de cealaltă, respingând orice forme de ostilitate la nivelul relațiilor de stat și interpersonale.
În lumina evenimentelor care au loc în lume, în special agre3/iu/nea nejustificată a R/u/3i .ei împotriva Ucrainei pe 24 februarie 2022, facem apel la comunitatea internațională să nu uite de nevoile celor care au suferit din această tragedie. Fiecare dintre noi poate contribui la ajutorarea celor în nevoie. - Joe

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
