Hey all, Just here for a little advice on investing in stocks I have been CEO for about a week and i already have seen enough to disgust me a little. When investing in stocks there are three views to see where these companies are at.
1. Total Stocks
This is an indication of how much a company has SPLIT their stocks to sell more stocks to bring in gold because they need capital to function. The bottom one is mine that I inherited at its current state as you can see my company is number five. Great company to invest in right? Wrong I have no capital thus I can not function properly and am making no money for my investors (Yet). Pay attention to the #1 position because you will see it in the next graphic.
2. Daily Stock trade value
This is also only an informational view as number one in that you can only see how much a friend of yours has given you money for your company to get it to #1 or as many screens as you can get on so everyone sees you to invest in you. I mean Bankruptcy inc? come on could they be any more accurate?
3 Total Value (in my opinion the MOST important)
NOW here is the view you really want to pay attention to because if you have a high-value company that means they have been working hard on it. Unfortunately, ALL top 5 companies have only 1-2 shareholders. and don't seem to be selling their stock but they can definitely pay out a dividend for the long term. Pay very close attention in this category when picking a company to stick some gold. (unless you're just in it for the achievements)
This next section is more for my investors as I have not heard much from them and have no idea the direction they want to go. The graphic below Illustrates my shareholders as you can see the top two investors have the most amount of shares the top one appears to have wanted to get an achievement out of this pump and dump scheme and acquire 500 shares of the company wile not selling any shares to other investors.
If my company made 100g the guy at the bottom would make .34 gold when I did a dividend payout and the top two guys would make 37.82g and 32.99g respectively. So you can all see where it pays to be at the top. or to have more shares of a company.
I believe that all these companies are being run haphazardly. one person in a fully functional company cannot take all the burden of the work each Position needs to be filled and CONCENTRATED on every day to make good money and to pay shareholders every week. if this is done not only can you make position one on graphic number three the other to that do not matter as much will also be number one.
As CEO I have a couple of options in what I can do with my company at this point.
1. I can either Liquidate my company meaning I sell all of my assets companies, products, etc. and do a mass payout to all my shareholders but again see graphic above the percentage would be whatever I can get for those assets and let me tell you its not much. and the people that screwed us up in the first place would get most of the money.
2. I can give it a long hard go at it. This is what I plan on doing but one there will not be a payout for some time till we are profitable again and two I need time and people to help me make it happen.

Staff Roles
There are 4 different staff roles in a SC which are as follows:
Accountants: they are allowed to buy/sell currency and handle Monetary Market
Company Managers: they are allowed to manage companies, their job is to set salaries, check raw material etc.
Salesmen are in charge of product market related functions of a stock company. Their job is to sell or buy products, raw materials etc on the market.
CEO: the head of SC. His job is to pay dividends, hire staff mentioned above. CEO also has many other powers like share split, CEO can request banned player's shares removal from SC.
I believe that if the monetary market aspect of the game is done correctly it can fully fund any company needing more capital to function.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
