This week i have the honor of ask 21 hot questions
1st Question >>> Vanews: How you started playing E-Sim?
Cianora: I got spammed around 6/7 years back on other game.
2nd Question >>> Vanews: Who helped you the most in the first 3 months?
Cianora: Nobody, I learned everything by the hard way.
3rd Question >>> Vanews: What you like more to do in the game?
Cianora: To be honest I dont think I have anything left to win or get in this game. But still staying around if my crew needs me then I am there
4th Question >>> Vanews: How much time per day you spent in the first year playing e-sim?
Cianora: At the start I played less. Then I invited my brother in law Teune to the game. He invited Juicyfruit. And yeah then it was starting. But the real busy time was when I was GOA. At a certain point I spend with KarateKnakker around 14 hours a day on e-sim.
5th Question >>> Vanews: What is your record of days/nights playing e-sim without sleep?
Cianora: I always sleep. Its really important and I have a job so cant sleep there
6th Question >>> Vanews: You worked in E-sim support in the past. How you see now the time when you was Game Operator Administrator?
Cianora: At that time it was fun and I was fully dedicated. But after years as staff member and GOA on so many servers I thought it was time somebody else taked over my position. I always fighted against unactive staff and dont wanted to end up as a unactive staff member.
7th Question >>> Vanews: How is being the minority in a group of work with such responsabiltiies and lots of secrets? You felt in anytime like other staff or even the players didnt recognized the right value of your work only because was done by a woman?
Cianora: Who say I am a women? Yeah I know everybody from CAD will say that to you but as a staff member gender doesnt matter. You do the job because you want to help the game. And that was my only intention. And yeah players really dont see 99% of the work wat staff do. And you will always do wrong in the players eyes
So new staff members I always trained how to handle this and keep having fun in the job.
8th Question >>> Vanews: You feel there is something you could have done or something that you shouldnt have done when you was working in support?
Cianora: I dedicated all my time into it. And the things I could not do where just the things I dont had access to. In the end we where only staff members and have no access to the game panel.
9th Question >>> Vanews: What you think about the e-sim community, compared with communities of other similar games?
Cianora: I think the community is the only reason e-sim still exist
10th Question >>> Vanews: Do you have any solution for E-Sim rise up the activity and have more players?
Cianora: I know you dont want to hear it. But temp servers are at the moment the only thing who attract new players who move to "old" servers. But still it is hard. The servers are old. Why would you start on a server where everybody already has a full set and 40k gold? You would start on a new one to. But only move to a old one if you have the set and the gold to.
11th Question >>> Vanews: What is the war that most marked you?
Cianora: So many, I made alot of movies around a few wars haha. in all the time I played e-sim we had many and nice battles. But its not the nation i fought against. It was the team where I fighted with. CAD is really a great and fun team. We play almost from the start with eachother and still talk to eachother everyday on whatsapp or in real life.
12th Question >>> Vanews: Wich dragon you would like ride if you was a mother of dragons in paralel world?
Cianora: Drogon offcourse
13th Question >>> Vanews: Why your name is just Cianora and no Cianora Targaryen, or Daenny Targaryen, or even Cia Targaryen?
Cianora: My name needed to be: Sayanora, but I was young and watched the movie CONAIR. THe bad guy said Sayanora and I thought it was Cianora
So from that day I used that name.
14th Question >>> Vanews: What you have in mind about your future in this game?
Cianora: As you know I stepped down as GOA. Take a little time of the game and run back when they call me haha. But when they ask me to hit I will be here.
15th Question >>> Vanews: The Walking Dead or Fear The Walking Dead?
Cianora: The Walking Dead
16th Question >>> Vanews: Rock, Rap or both?
Cianora: Rock.
17th Question >>> Vanews: Best movie ever made in your opinion?
Cianora: Lord of the Rings.
18th Question >>> Vanews: Sport that you like most and your favorite team?
Cianora: Formule 1, all teams, most of the drivers.
19th Question >>> Vanews: Ice or Fire?
Cianora: Fire.
20th Question >>> Vanews: Who born first: the dragon or the egg?
Cianora: Egg cant be born because then there must be a dragon i suppsose haha.
21st Question >>> Vanews: Do you believe we can stop the polution in the world, or we should start preparing to move on for another planet?
Cianora: Nope, Mars here we come!

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
