United Kingdom Update:
Good day, loyal citizens of the United Kingdom.
It has been a while since I published any updates on the state of the country, and that is simply down to the fact there has been very little to report. Our official Discord Server is still the best place to get the latest updates, and to get support from the British Council. For those who are still not in our server, you can join it from this link;

Fortunately, there is some noteworthy news to report on this time around, so I will go into detail below. To remind everyone of who is in the UK government, here is a list of the current British Council members, and the current members of congress.

Domestic News
The biggest domestic update is the new gold salary scheme being offered by UK Org. This payment system ditches GBP in favour of Gold, leading to benefits to both workers, and the United Kingdom.
So how does it work?
Under the new scheme, workers will be paid a salary of 1 GBP each time they work for UK Org, and will receive a gold donation once wages are processed. This would usually be done once per week, but may be processed more frequently depending on how busy I am.
How are salaries worked out?
Under the scheme, salaries are calculated by your productivity. This figure is worked out by taking the value of products, and dividing it by the production required to produce it. So, for example - 1 Q5 Weapon requires 20 production to make. 10 for Iron, and 10 to create it. Once the profit margin is taken into account, the product value is divided by 20. This would then be multiplied by your production. So if you made 1000 Iron, you would be paid the base rate multiplied by 1000. This system means that as your Eco Skill raises, so will your salary.
How does it benefit me?
Since gold is used in almost all transactions in e-Sim these days, it makes sense to pay with that, rather than with GBP. With no products on our markets, there is very little demand for GBP, which results in it piling up in your account, with no way to spend it. You can use gold to purchase supplies or equipment, or even invest it elsewhere, such as Military Units, or Stock Companies.
How does it benefit the UK?
As the country will take a small percentage in profits, it will be able to be self sufficient in supporting the government. This pays for MPP requests, Coalition changes, and can be even used to striking deals with other countries. In addition to this, this would allow UK Org to control our Monetary Markets, by offering consistent gold offers for GBP. This would allow the country to buy back GBP, and may also offer a much needed stimulus for our markets.
Foreign Relations:
As you may have noticed, we are no longer at war with Canada, and Poland. Due to a changing political landscape in the wider world, our coalition Elite has formed an alliance with a number of other coalitions, forming The Federation. This alliance also included The New Born, of which Poland is a member. As a result of this, a peace treaty was signed. The deal with Canada was signed due to our changing commitments, and the fact it's not worth the hassle trying to invade them again.
With the rise of the Deus Vult coalition, the balance of power in the world has changed. This is also what caused the formation of The Federation, who's goal is to push back against DV. Since Sweden is one of their members, I'm sure there are many in the UK who would like to fight against them, and even more so with the backing of The Federation.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
