The 50% income tax on Iron makes no sense in high population countries. Actually, it doesn’t make sense at all. If the Tax is too high and therefore nobody wants to work with CC, Employees will pay their workers with Gold.
If there won’t be a change in the production system all Iron Regions Productivity will drop to 50-60% soon.
So the Iron Tax rose to 50% for a good purpose, but it hasn’t worked out. But also the Job Market is dead and Product Market is expensive. But the GBP is very solid at 0.11 and with just 4 small offers. That’s very good.
I would guess the ORG doesn’t make any Gold because it doesn’t Sell Products or Currency. If people put good Job and Market offers people will need CC and then ORG has to sell it then and makes good Gold. Org prints CC at 0.05 ratio If it hasn’t been changed and can sell it for 0.1.
Many people don’t want to work for Gold , it’s easier and less stress to work and buy with cc. Even if the prices are a little bit over the Gold prices there will be still people who use Product Market. It’s fast and Uncomplicated."

I don't think it's ideal, but I can understand why it was set.
All the companies in the high iron region have reduced the production bonus there to 50%, so the 50% tax will be an attempt to encourage people to move elsewhere or stop them making more iron companies in an attempt to boost that bonus.
If it works, well that remains to be seen.

No, the Tax is there to ensure with the new production debuff on Alpha, that there is not an abundance of iron companies on that plot. This was also to keep foreign company owners out of UK production so it also is not effected.
We also increased import at this time to stop foreign invaders of product market.
And reduced VAT to 0 so that UK players profit more through product market.
Will you use the Q5 Gift Comp that UK Org has?
If i pay MU members auto supply right now, we would not have a good production level, and would drain our resources more than make. Therefore i am waiting for National MU to be filled with 10 players to properly start. We have 40 in UK. this problem is our citizens are not joining.
Has UK Org any Gold income?
UK org has a full setup up built to work with UK's other MU Sons of anarchy allowing us to trade for missing supplies from both creating a stronger community of players.
UK org is currently awaiting more players to joint he MU so again we can begin production without loosing gold.
Why are the Product Market prices so high?
I am not even going to give a comment on this besides product market prices are ran by its players, when state MU receives more applications we can produce properly and sell on product market as ORG and create a more stable market.
My personal comment:
Right now our country has 40 active players, Sons of anarchy MU has almost half. which means there should be around 20 more players joining state MU. This is what is holding me back from being able to kick start our production through org properly, with more co-operation i hope we can make a change to this and build our country as strong as it should be. But we all got to do it together.
All UK citizens are welcome to join British Army military unit for free, with the single requirement to work in its companies for auto supply (battle supplies)

In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
