In last few days, with the help of some friends, we tried to apply idea of traveling brigade - brigade who would travel to obtain item drops, in this case shoes and pants!
On first sight, idea looked silly - but after checking some official data related with this new concept - statistics were on our side.
Let's to a bit of introduction. So, as we all probably know, traveling from one location to the another could result in finding shoes or pants, up to quality 3. Idea was, instead of using health regens on fighting, to use those regens on flying in order to obtain as much as possible flying drops.
Equipment from traveling depends on region: seashore regions – pants, others – boots and on ticket quality better ticket lower chances for finding equipment. The chance for finding equipment diversify from 2% to 3%. But when you find equipment while traveling chances for specific qualities are always the same: Q1 – 80%, Q2 – 16%, Q3 – 4%.
Other ways are occasional but it is always good to keep an eye on them.
These are official information, that we took as starting information. In order to maximize our chance to drop item and also to minimize cost (in terms of gold) for our flying, we used q1 tickets. Since q1 tickets take 40 health, this would mean that we would for every regen 100 health use 2q1 tickets and will left with 20 health. For this reason, we bought some ammount of q2 food, to make it 40 health and in the end to have 3 flight every 10 minutes!
So: for 10 minutes, we used 3q1 tickets and q2 food.
Cost of these items were: q1 ticket on average 0.075g and q2 food 0.02g. Which brings us to price that we pay each 10 minutes, which is 0.285g.
Lets imagine, that we could fly all day a long in same temp: 3 times per 10 minutes, with usage of q2 food once. This would bring us to daily cost of flying to 41.04g.
Why we flew all day?

We fly because its only way in which our peacefull souls can survive in this world overfloaded with wars...
Truth was different. It seemed highly profitable. By simple calculations, q1 ticket would hold 3% chance to get item drop, from which 2.4% would be chance for q1, 0.48% for q2 and 0.12% for q3 drop. For one day, we would fly 432 times, which would bring us roughly 10q1 shoes/pants, 2q2 shoes/pants and imaginary 0.5q3 shoes/pants. By checking average auction prices for last week of those items, we get roughly that q1 shoes/pants are 7g, q2 16g and q3 40g. All those information lead us to daily income from flying of 10*7+2*16+0.5*40 = 122g.
Since we invested 41.04g, daily profit is around 80g. Daily.
Looks wonderfull, isnt it? However, noone can fly whole day, but army of people can fly shorter time and faster earn those profits.
After calculations were done, we started flying here and on secura server. To do real sampling and assure that infromation provided by admins were correct. However, real sampling limited us to around 1.5k flight on alpha server with q1 tickets and 20k flights with q5 tickets on secura server. Item drops were as follows: chance to get item was around 1.5% with q1 tickets on alpha server, and around 1% with q5 ticket on secura server.
We got 23 drops, of which 19 were q1 and 4 were q2. None of q3 was unfortunately found. On alpha we basically spend for this 122g of supply and got back 197g. Profitable, but time consuming and a bit boring. Interesting thing that we noticed was that if change our flying directions all the time, drops chances were significantly lower.

Anyway, we built free flight set (with 14% free flight stat) but this only reduced cost of traveling (which was low already for 12% roughly) and not time of traveling. This means that when free flight is triggered, ticket is saved but health is not.
Experiment with this set is finished here on alpha, so if anyone want to try this set (if you fly with q5 tickets and hunt drops and xp, its usefull since it will reduce cost of 14%, please PM me). Also, flying is encouraged as peaceful way of getting valuable drops, xp and gold, so please share your results with us.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules.
First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you
will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress
as a fighter.
You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which
are owned by the state.
After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your
own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock
company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics
in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes.
From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability
to run for the head of the party you're in.
You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws
proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you.
You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential
elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state
(for example, who to declare war on).
Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have
a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military.
In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control
over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have
to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on
their territory.
You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life
as a pacifist
who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling
products).
