Current UK Pastafarian Affairs
As usual I will start my article by informing you about the current state of affairs within the UK Pastafarian party. We are proud to currently have two members in congress, but we would really like more members. Three days ago, we hosted a virtual spaghetti event in order to try and win more people over into joining our party and welcome the blessings of the FSM and his noodly appendages into their lives, but no-one showed up. It was so sad. We had to throw so much e-spaghetti into the e-bin. Such a waste. I even grated the generous amounts of Parmesan we were going to serve the e-spaghetti with myself. *Sob* Please ... Please ... Somebody join us!
Sailor's Week
As most of you probably already noticed, there is an upcoming event on this e-sim server called "Sailor's Week" I've been informed that during this week, all sea bordering areas can be attacked from any other sea bordering areas. As the e-UK is an island, some evil tongues are already calling this week "f*** the UK week". Us proud and combative Pastafarians however, hereby wish to announce we will bring our feared pirate spirit! Arrrrr! I didn't get that pirate set bandana in my gear for nothing! (Anyone selling cheap pirate gear with reasonable stats -I'm not too picky just no bs stats please- is always welcome to contact me, CrashBoomBen, by the way so I can complete a full pirate gear set.)
The War With The Moose F******
Perhaps some of you didn't know yet, but our native territory of Londonderry was attacked yesterday, on day 245, by the evil Canamadians. Petro has repeatedly stated in the past that he fought the UK on a regular basis only to try and free Canamadania, and nothing else. It is hereby proven that he is a lying little b****, and that I was right in my last article when I stated a president who sleeps under a blankie, yet wants his enemies to eat sheet, is not to be misunderestimated. Those who participated in the battle have probably noticed I wasn't around much, but that is because I am focussing on the economic aspect of e-sim. And also because I was sweating like a whore in church. Steady progress is being made into economically supporting others to fight for the UK.
The e-UK economy
I cannot but notice the e-UK economy is in a somewhat poor state. There are hardly any products on the market, and many are trying to sell vast amounts of GBP for gold. This is slowly but steadily driving the value of our pound down. I hereby would like to remind you all that goods often sell at substantially higher prices on the in-game market than one can sell them for on the e-sim discord, and I'd also like to encourage you all to regularly offer goods on the market to keep our economy healthy. I will place 50 Q5 weapons on the market myself later today, but what I can do is currently a bit limited due to the fact that I'm already sitting on 900 GBP I can't currently exchange for gold at a decent rate, and I have some investments planned too for which I can't use pounds...
Revealed Pastafarian Secret Of The Day
As a kind gesture to my readers, I will hereby reveal my secret to the my delicious version of what I believe to be the most common pasta sauce in Europe, the bolognese sauce. How to cook a basic bolognese sauce is far from a secret, and it's fairly simple too. The trick of cooking a bolognese sauce that tastes really good though, in my opinion, is mainly not to be cheap on the seasoning one uses. Works every time. You can make even the cheapest pre-made bolognese sauce taste pretty darn good if you just add decent seasoning. I also have a little tip for some of the more adventurous amongst you: Adding a dash of white wine to bolognese sauce also provides great taste. A lot of people swear by a dash of red wine, I use white wine, and I'm yet to meet the first person who doesn't absolutely love my bolognese sauce.
Disclaimer: My apologies to any Italians reading this, I know you are all a little sensitive about not using the exact recipe for bolognaise sauce, and that "spaghetti bolognaise" isn't even a true Italian recipe, but if it's any comfort: Just about all products get butchered somewhat once they become global successes. Don't worry, eat pasta, be happy

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
